‘Therapeutic Theatre Workshop’

Therapeutic Theatre is an embodied practice that is active and experiential. This approach can provide the context for participants to tell their stories, set goals and solve problems, express feelings, or achieve catharsis. Through drama, the depth and breadth of inner experience can be actively explored and interpersonal relationship skills can be enhanced. (Please note this is not an acting class.) This workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to learn more about drama and its use in a therapeutic setting. This workshop is about you and your stories.

This workshop is for Actors & People in the caring profession. Please wear clothes you can move in. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, an open mind and a willingness to participate David Peacock is a Registered Dramatherapist and member of the Health Care Professions Council & a member of the British Association of Dramatherapists.
