Alanna Romansky/Co-Founder, Co-Artistic Director

Alanna has over 30 years of experience on stage, television and film. She is proud to have received her BFA from the Professional Actors Training Program at Wright State University, with additional training from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, UK. She has appeared in over 50 theatrical productions, is a member of Actors' Equity Association, as well as a 25+ year member of The Screen Actors Guild.

 

Sean Derry/ Co-Founder, Co-Artistic Director

Sean is a professional actor/director/producer who studied at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City and the Loft Studio and Bobby Chance Studio in Los Angeles. A member of the Screen Actors Guild, he has over 25 years of acting experience in film, television and stage. Also a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society,  Sean has directed over 45 productions and produced over 75 productions so far in his career, having received 16 ‘Outstanding Director’ recognitions from critics in the past 5 years alone. Those productions include 4 world premieres, 6 dozen regional and Ohio premieres, 1 Chicago premiere, and 2 NYC premieres.

Jaysen Mercer/ Co-Founder

Jaysen Mercer is Co-Founder and former Managing Director of none too fragile theatre. He has published the book, Love Raine, written a monthly column for Akron Life magazine, and published the collectible video-game magazine Manci Games. He received his BS in accounting from The University of Akron. He then went on to become a CPA where he has spent many years working with taxes and retirement plans. After a recent nearly five year stint in law school, Jaysen graduated magna cum laude and passed the Ohio Bar Exam. Now that he's admitted to the Bar, he took the logical step of coming back to none too fragile to help with web design and who knows what else. 

Brian Kenneth Armour/ Sound Designer

Brian is a professional musician of over 20 years who received his education and training from The University of Akron, The University of Northern Colorado, and The Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. He served as an Assistant Engineer at Engine Room Audio in NYC where he worked with musicians such as Trey Songz, Pharrell Williams, Neo, Method Man, Lucy Lui, P.Diddy, Kanye West, 50 Cent, Queen Latifah, and Norah Jones. He was Assistant Producer/Session Musician at J. Chris Griffin Productions in NYC, Producer/Session Musician for the Boston branch of G.O.O.D. Music, where he worked with Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rick Ross, John Legend, Rihanna, and Katy Perry. He also served as Live Sound Front of House Assistant for Korn and Paul McCartney. You’ve seen Brian previously on ntf's stage in The Late Henry Moss, The Whipping Man, Pure Shock Value, Bash, A Behanding in Spokane, Nerve, and Topdog/Underdog. He has also been seen on the Weathervane Playhouse stage in Race, and A Raisin in the Sun, for which he was named “Best Actor for the 2014-2015 season.”
